Single-column hydraulic screen changers have a wide range of applications, covering the production of various thermoplastic products and high-pressure operating conditions. Specific scenarios include:

1. Film and Sheet Production

Blown film, cast film: Enables non-stop screen changes through a dual-station design, preventing surface defects (such as crystalline spots or black spots) on the film material and enhancing product transparency and uniformity.

Plate and Sheet Production: Filters impurities from recycled materials, ensuring smooth, defect-free surfaces that meet strength requirements for packaging, construction, and other applications.

2. Pipe and Profile Extrusion

Plastic Pipes (e.g., PVC, PE): Prevents mold clogging from contaminants, guarantees smooth inner walls, and improves pressure resistance.

Extruded Profiles: Filters metal shavings or aged particles from recycled material to prevent profile breakage or surface irregularities.

3. Pelletizing and Filament Drawing

Recycled Material Pelletizing: Efficiently filters aged particles and non-plastic substances to enhance pellet purity and reduce wear on downstream processing equipment.

Filament drawing (e.g., nylon, polyester): Ensures uniform filament strength, preventing breakage or fraying.

4. Special Material Processing

Biodegradable materials (e.g., PLA): Meets stringent filtration precision requirements (removing particles ≥50μm), boosting product yield rates (e.g., one PLA manufacturer increased yield from 88% to 96% after implementation).

High-viscosity melts: Adaptable to melt viscosities ranging from 100 to 40,000 Pa·s, suitable for extruding engineering plastics (e.g., PC, PA).
